I’ll be honest here. I loved the reboot. I loved the feistiness of the characters as portrayed in the reboot. But I gotta tell you this for nothing — while I really respect Zoe Saldana, Nichelle Nichols wins, hands down, for Uhura. Ms. Nichols is STILL bad-ass awesome and don’t any of you ever forget that. If I manage to have HALF the awesome that Ms. Nichols contains, I will consider myself a success.

(oh and I really like Karl Urban’s McCoy, too)

Karl Urban was spot on, but I adore Simon Pegg. So. Much.
